The Ordering Process
Once we receive your order form we will prepare an invoice. This will be sent in approximately 2 business days.
Shipping
Once we have received payment, we will submit your order to the printer. Albums take up to 2 months to arrive from the time they are sent to the printers. Please note that presently shipping may take longer than usual due to the current shipping crisis.
(Albums may be collected by appointment on select dates from our office in Selby free of charge ) International shipping charges apply. Please contact us for an estimate.
Please note that albums requiring re-delivery due to the couple’s failure to collect the album from the courier in the specified delivery window or because they have given the wrong shipping address will result in a redelivery charge.

Terms & Conditions
Please note that due to the personal nature of the products ordered no refunds are available after the album has been placed for order with the printers. Please ensure you have carefully inspected all spreads, images and text for accuracy before completing your order as corrections cannot be made after it is sent to the printer. The photographer holds no liability for errors in the final product which are present in the proofing process.
