Engagement Shoot Booking Form
Before you fill out this form, please make sure that you have read all of the Engagement Session Handbook as there is loads of important and helpful information that will help you make your engagement session a success.
Important information to keep in mind when filling out your booking form:
- Weekend dates are extremely limited and we recommend booking in as early as is possible.
- Weekend dates are limited to those sent to you in the e-mail containing this link. Please do not select a weekend date which is not on this list as we will not be available.
- Weekdays are significantly more available and you may select any weekday – it does not have to be on a list. However, please do keep in mind that we don’t have guaranteed availability on weekdays. Please note our office is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- As a necessity, wedding bookings take priority over engagement bookings so there is a very small possibility that we may ask you to change your date at a later time.
- If you book a date and need to cancel this booking later (for reasons not due to weather), please note that we will do everything possible to find a suitable date but cannot guarantee that one will be available and we cannot issue any credits or refunds should this happen.
- Travel is free up to 40 total miles return of YO85AB and 45p per mile thereafter.
- Image delivery takes approximately 6 weeks from the date of the shoot. Images will be available for direct download through your image gallery and this information will be sent when your images are completed.
- A sneak peek of your shoot will be available usually within 2-3 business days after your shoot. This is posted on our facebook page www.facebook.com/tuxandtales . Feel free to tag yourself and set the image as your profile image.
