Preparations Please note that Matt does not drive and is transported by Jaye based on the couple's preferences (arrive with Jaye at the ceremony venue, attend second prep, etc). This should be kept in mind when you answer questions regarding timings, etc.

Is parking available at the ceremony location?(req) Have you spoken with your officiant about any restrictions to photography?(req) Please note that the couple agree that it is their responsibility to speak with the officiant about any restrictions in advance of the wedding. The photographer is subject to any restrictions (including a ban on all photography) and cannot guarantee that restrictions imposed will not negatively impact the final result of the photography.
Will a videographer be recording the wedding ceremony?(req) Will you be having confetti?(req) Please tell me about any ceremony events/details that may be important.
For example - candle lighting, handfasting, etc. You do not need to tell me about normal events (eg - first kiss, etc.)
Pre-Breakfast Mingle / Cocktail Hour This covers the time between your ceremony and your wedding breakfast. This should be a minimum of 90 minutes (not including travel time). During this time you will usually mingle with guests, do a short couple session and your small group formal photos. Less than 90 minutes for this part of the day will likely result in the couple feeling stressed or not having enough time to meet with their guests.
Is the reception venue the same as the ceremony venue or the preparation venue?(req) What is the address of the reception venue?(req)
Is parking available onsite at the reception venue?(req) How long have you planned for a mingle with your guests?(req) We recommend that you plan at least 20 minutes to meet with your guests directly after the ceremony/confetti.
Would you like a large group shot with all your guests?(req) This takes about 10 minutes and is weather dependant.

GROUP PHOTOS
The photographer recommends up to 6 formal group photos. If the couple wishes for more than this please put the most important 6 photos in this section. Please email additional group photo requests to the photographer. They will be added to the list and completed only if the time is available on the day. More than 8 group photos will likely have an impact on the number of candid photos the couple receives.
Please tell me about any mingle events/details that may be important.
For example - magician, best friends playing the harp, etc.
Please note, the photographer shall strive to accommodate reasonable requests in regard to poses used, locations used and group photographs taken. Due to the vagaries of weather, timings on the day and the willingness of the subjects, it may not be possible to capture all photographs requested.(req)
Wedding Breakfast What time will guests ENTER in to be seated for the wedding breakfast?(req) This should be a minimum of 90 minutes after the ceremony not including travel time.
What time will the wedding breakfast begin?(req) This is usually about 15 minutes after the guests are entering to be seated.
Tell us about your speeches(req) Please note that the photographer cannot accommodate speeches given in between courses.
How long am I in attendance at your wedding?(req) How is the photographer being fed?(req) Due to the unpredictable nature of weddings and the tightness of timetables, we stipulate in our contract that the couple provide a meal which is hot and identifiable as a main course so we can stay onsite and available for any impromptu or early events (early speeches, etc) as well as prepare for the evening coverage. We do understand that some couples would prefer not to do this. In these cases, the photographer can provide their own meal but will need to leave the venue for 1.5 hours.
The couple should communicate the meal requirement to their caterer. If the photographer is not fed by the caterers, they will need to leave to go offsite and eat. This can take up to 1.5 hours.(req) Food should be hot and identifiable as a main course but does not need to be the same as your guests recieve. It should be served at the beginning of the meal and not during desserts as to allow the photographer time to eat before working again.
The photographer will have a meal break of 1.5 hours to get food offsite.(req) The couple acknowledge that the photographer will not be available to photograph any events during this time including speeches or other events listed in the timetable. The photographer's insurance requires that s/he remove all equipment during this break. Additional break time will not be added back to the coverage time of the day.

Evening Party This is the time after your meal has ended until late in the evening.
Will you be having a first dance?(req) What time is your first dance?(req) Tell us about your first dance(req) Note about very short first dances(req) You are always welcome to have the first dance you want to have. However, it is important to note that photographs of first dances are very technically complex and take multiple exposures to get correct. When the dance is cut short, the resulting photographs may be impacted.

Please note that any event involving pyrotechnics (sparklers, smoke bombs, etc.) will not be organised by the photographer due to insurance restrictions. The photographer will not photograph any event involving pyrotechnics if more than 10 people are involved or if the participants are too intoxicated to participate safely - regardless of who organises them. Professional fireworks displays scheduled during the photographer's working hours will be photographed but a composite image with the couple in front of the fireworks will be subject to a £30 surcharge for advanced editing.

As a courtesy, we provide a small number of photographs to the vendors that have worked on your wedding (eg - photos of the bouquet to your florist). Please note that all requests for vendor images must go directly through the photographer as your license does not allow you to distribute the images for commerical purposes. Are you happy for us to distribute these photos to the vendors who worked on your wedding?*(req) Please tell me the names of your vendors (eg - Flowers by Firenza Floral Design, etc.)
