Please note that by furnishing your vendor details you are allowing us to contact these vendors directly and extend use of your images for commercial marketing purposes.
Please do not provide images directly to the vendors who worked on your wedding (florists, cake maker, etc.) as this use does not fall under your personal use license. Whilst we are usually more than happy to provide these images free of charge to all vendors involved, we prefer to make these arranges directly ourselves.
If any vendors request images, please ask them to e-mail Jaye – jaye@tuxandtalesphoto.co.uk
Once we have this information, we will add them to the list of vendors we will contact to share images.
Please note that we do not guarantee images to vendors within a specific timeframe as during the wedding season we need to prioritise services to our clients. Should a vendor require immediate access, we reserve the right to levy a “rush service” charge.
The photographer retains all copyright to the images at all times and reserves the right to restrict commercial use at any time.
The couple understands that by sharing their images with their vendors that the photographer can not be held responsible for their misuse by the vendors. Vendors are given very clear licenses for use which restricts them to reasonable constraints but should a vendor violate this license, the photographer cannot be held responsible for any damages – real or consequential.
